SAP Assessments

Energise will produce an initial SAP calculation for your dwelling design, focusing on the fabric first, and suggesting any adjustments to the design which may be beneficial.

If the result is a fabric Fail, we work with the design team to determine the most practical and cost effective way to achieve Part L Compliance. The developers preferences with regards to building services and renewables are incorporated into that exercise.

During the construction phase, we provide a 48 hour response to any queries about design changes, usually free of charge for minor changes.

As dwellings near completion, we provide straightforward documentation for clients to confirm As Built information, so that Compliance Checks and EPCs are issued promptly and efficiently.
