A consultation process has begun to allow stakeholders to understand and comment on the proposed changes to Part L of Building Regulations (Conservation of Fuel & Power).  The consultation runs until 10th January 2019 and coincides with the release of the Future Homes Standard.  A similar review of Part F (Ventilation) is under way on the same timescale.
